Carol ortho is a great place for braces. The employees are always so friendly and happy The desk lady is so great. I’m happy with Dr.Carol he always treats me like I’m his best friend. My first time in the building I had somebody so nice walk me through the X-rays named Chloe.

I’m putting 5 stars because there isn’t an option for 6. By far the most professional orthodontist I’ve ever met. And I’ve been to 5+ because I’ve moved around so much. The service that I received at Silcher orthodontics was of the utmost quality. I would, beyond a shadow of a doubt, recommend them to anyone and everyone. The only complaint that I have about my decreased ability to consume apples. Before I received orthodontic services from Dr. Silcher I was able to eat an apple through a chain link fence. However, now I cannot do so. Maybe it is for the best, those horses are happier anyway now that I am not eating their apples.

I cannot believe how AMAZING the staff is here! I went in, not even a current patient, because I had some pain with my braces that another office had put on and they saw me, fixed the issue, and sent me on my way! WOW! Not only that but they got me in within 24 hours of my call! What customer service! I will definitely be using Dr. Silcher's office for all of mine and my family's orthodontic needs!
