Rhaelyn Odlin enjoys hiking with her husband and two dogs, riding her horses in the mountains and competing in barrel racing. Mikala Beavers has worked in orthodontics since 2020. She has lived in the Bitterroot Valley for a majority of her life. She married her wonderful husband, Zane, in 2021 and they have the sweetest fur baby named Scout. She absolutely loves the time she has spent in the dental field and loves what she does! Jen Collum loves meeting and helping people in the community. She has lived in Hamilton since 2021 when she moved from Arizona with her daughter. She has been a part of the team since 2024. My name is Katie and I am an Orthodontic Assistant for Carroll Orthodontics. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, music, skiing in the winter, and the lake in the summer. I have been working for Dr. Carroll since he took over the practice in April 2020. I really enjoy my job and working with the patients. My favorite part is seeing our patients’ beautiful results in the end. I’m excited to grow with this practice 🙂

Amy Carroll has enjoyed the amazing journey of bringing Carroll Orthodontics to the Bitterroot Valley. When she and Dr Carroll first met, he had dreams about becoming an orthodontist. She has enjoyed every step of the way; living in Idaho, California, Texas, Ohio and Wyoming. And they also threw in a 4- year Air Force assignment in Okinawa, Japan. She loves being involved in the lives of her four children: Kaden, Elise, Drew and Ezra. She also absolutely loves being involved in the community, and helping in any way she can.
