When you choose our Florence MT orthodontist, you benefit from modern treatment techniques and advanced technology that can improve your smile’s appearance, function, and health. Dr. Carroll understands the importance of continuing education and has taken advanced training in orthodontics. He stays up to date on the latest advancements in orthodontic treatments and uses state-of-the-art technology to create beautiful and healthy smiles for his patients.
In addition to using the latest technology in our office, our Florence MT orthodontist offers several advanced orthodontic treatments to address a variety of common concerns, such as misaligned teeth, overbites, underbites, and crossbites. We offer traditional metal braces as well as clear21 brackets. We also offer two types of innovative clear aligner systems, the Invisalign system and the Spark aligners. These aligners are custom-made to fit each patient’s unique smile and gently move the teeth to their desired positions.
Invisalign is a treatment that uses transparent aligners to slowly shift your teeth into better alignment. It is a common choice among teenagers and adults who don’t want to deal with the hassle of brackets, bands, or wires. The trays are made of smooth plastic that is lightweight and comfortable and won’t irritate your mouth and gums. There are a series of trays that you wear for approximately two weeks at a time. During your visits to our Florence MT orthodontist, you will receive new sets of trays to continue your progress until your smile is aligned. You will need to visit our office every four to six weeks so we can check on your progress and ensure everything is moving as planned.
Your treatment plan will be customized to fit your goals and time frame. In most cases, it takes about a year for most patients to reach their smile goals with Invisalign. However, some treatments take less time; other patients take longer because they may have a more severe misalignment. Every plan is unique to fit the patient’s specific situation. We will be able to give you an estimated time it will take to complete your treatment when we create your treatment plan.
